UNBECOMING CONDUCT OF POLICE
Mr. Abid Saqi, Vice-Chairman and Mr. Azam Nazeer Tarar, Chairman, Executive Committee of the Pakistan Bar Council, have strongly condemned the illegal and unbecoming conduct of Mr. Ahmed Shah, ASP, Sargodha with Mr. Ameer Balouch, Advocate, Sargodha, for illegal confinement of the later, for consecutive 20 days and then to challan him in a false case of abatement and illegally sending him to Jail. The learned Advocate, in fact, has been subjected to illegal confinement due to personal venom of the above-named Police Official which being deliberate and intentional amounts to breach of law and abuse of authority, and thus warrants immediate action against him by High Ups of Police hierarchy.
They have, therefore, demanded immediate transfer of Mr. Ahmed Shah, ASP, and for conducting thorough probe against him for awarding exemplary punishment for his unbecoming conduct.
