Ch. Tahir Nasrullah Warraich, Vice-Chairman of the Pakistan Bar Council, has congratulated the efforts of lawyers fraternity of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Province and family made for recovery of Qaizar Khan Miankhel, Advocate, D. I. Khan after kidnapping and welcomed his safe recovery. He said that these sort of actions cause unrest amongst people of different walks of life, especially the lawyers community, who always struggle to protect Human Rights guaranteed, under the Constitution of Islamic Republic of Pakistan, 1973.

He expressed that kidnapping of Mr. Qaizar Khan Miankhel is condemnable and it is very strange that I. G. Police, Province of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and heads of other Agencies at Provincial level showed their ignorance about the culprits, responsible for kidnapping of Mr. Qaizar Khan Miankhel and demanded that Government and law enforcement agencies should ensure safety and security of every citizen especially Lawyers.
