Mr. Riazat Ali Sahar, Vice Chairman of the Pakistan Bar Council, has strongly condemned the firing incident took place today’s morning in the premises of Tehsil Bar Havelian, District Abbottabad, which resulted in the tragic death of individual/litigant.

He expressed his grief and sorrow on the loss of precious live and deep concern upon said incident took place within Court premises which shows failure of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Government and demanded from the I. G., Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Police and Provincial Government for immediate arrest of culprits of the said incident and to award them exemplary punishment. He has also urged upon Government to provide security to every citizen and take immediate measures to stop such like incidents in Courts in future, and to take solid steps to ensure security within and around Court premises.
